Introduction:
Tee Chandler is an experimental photographer from Brighton - on the South coast of England.
Her work has explored family, sexuality, trauma and latterly focusing on art activism with a working-class queer feminist perspective. Her practice is based on less harmful processes and minimising the need for fossil fuel-based resources - cyanotypes, plant toners, anthotypes, transfers, bioplastics, found items, archive montages, recycling and disrupting, always critiquing how she makes work and its impact. Her practice has become more mindful and adaptive to resources at hand. This has continued at the Art Residency in Palanga. Examples follow with descriptions of materials used.
